If you, like many of us, were glued to your TV screens watching the exciting action at the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2017 in Dublin, you will have noticed a new team on the block. This year saw the arrival of a Hong Kong team, a sight that neither Women’s nor Men’s rugby fans will be familiar with as they have never qualified for either of the Rugby World Cups before.
